This is just random, but I wish people would get their ducks in a row, and THEN ask people to do something/form a raid/start a dungeon. Don’t ask if someone wants to do arena, then start looking at gear you need to buy, gems, enchants, etc. Do that shit FIRST, then ask who wants to go. Unless of course your guild is full of other people not prepared to do anything without a 30+ min stuttering period.

I’m pvp ready with an equipment switch, I’m raid ready with another equipment switch. It doesn’t take me all night. I don’t even have to go to the bank.
