Just Terrible

Tried 3’s with Acks and his friend, but it went, fucking, terrible. TERRIBLE. We only won 2, because the other team logged in 1 person, and 2, respectively. Then I took an extra loss when they were dicking around fighting each other and left me to phase in by myself. Lost a few more, than the rogue inconceivably LEFT arena before it started to do god knows what leaving Acks and I to take another loss. Took another loss, and got an invite from Meanbaby for a raid and I told them guys I’m out. Without those two easy matches it would have been 7 straight losses, that’s just stupid shit at like, 200 rating. If they weren’t stupid fing losses I wouldn’t have been very upset but it was those 2 stupid losses plus Acks saying he had like, 200 resil.

This group, siiiigh. Facepalm. Three healers, three priests, 2 disc 1 holy. How does this keep happening? Lost the roll on the healing neck on the first boss (again), then won a roll on a mail healing belt boe, Belt of Ghostly Graces. For my SHAMAN. Hilarious, seriously, she’s gotten most of the loot so far one way or another.

We got the first boss down then spent the rest of the night failing on the bouncy ball guy. I brought in my shaman near the end for Hero, since we had a single attempt get to 1.5%, but every try after that barely got to 3rd phase. I really hate that fight.

Only did one bg today but it was a totally boss one where alliance destroyed the FC (WSG) even through 4 healers.  We won, was just awesome. Oh and yesterday, we had a 5 cap, I swear.

It seems like this patch, more than any other I’ve noticed, people are coming into the new dungeons completely and ridiculously under geared. People with equipped ilevel 340, wearing mostly pvp blues, or a bunch of 316 pve blues. Today I even had a ret pally with NO glyphs, no gems, no enchants, and a mismash of blues and some epics, pulling 8k in Well of Eternity. The first boss took twice as long as usual and the Dk tank pointed out that the second one might not go well. I heaped a bit of abuse on the pally who said nothing the entire time, and we figured him/her as a bot and kicked them.

The hunter was in almost all pvp blues also doing 8k dps but was blaming it on “lag”. During the last fight in Well I pointed out that they died straight away to fire, and that their gear sucked ass, so lag was probably less of their issue than they figured. I got the usual “dude relax I’m trying to gear up” stuff. Well everyone wants to gear up, but what those people are doing is called “being carried”. I pounded out regular dungeons and bgs on my poorly geared shaman to swap out all my crap gear for at least 3 pc t12 and related pve epics. But dps have it a lot easier since you can do bad and be carried by the healer and tanks. A badly geared healer, just gets kicked out.

Rogue Luck

Today was AWFUL in the bg department, I think I went like 3/20.  Of course it went faster because I would just rage quit on a clearly losing bg instead of wasting 20 mins just losing, and I don’t need the honor.

Later that night I ran into Ladiesman and his little rogue group of Yomomma and another one I forget, and we tangled a bunch after the battle since they were griefing people.  Then apparently the rogue luck rubbed off, and went on to win a few bgs.
