That drake is ugly

Ran some bgs and twice got into Arathi with a rogue named Professional (Silvermoon) who helped me defend mines. We lost one badly and won the next.  I dislike announcing repeatedly that I will help heal at stables, people cap and then all run off.

I saw this mount today which I understand drops off Madness.

Obviously it’s a reskinned drake and it just looks… awkward a bit. The horns are the size of its entire head.

Ladiesman said he would not be able to run 2’s again this week, soooo.  Ran 2’s with Ultrabomber but we did poorly and I dropped from 1603 to 1546.  Well, I won’t say *I* did poorly, because I didn’t.  One match he died because he was in a smoke bomb and I could not heal, another time he ran past a smoke bomb and clipped an edge of it so I was unable to throw a heal or two because of smoke bomb LoS, another fight against a DK and a resto shaman I couldn’t do anything more than tank the both of them and put all my skills into me NOT dying.  Then the last fight against a feral and a holy pally, it went on and on again with me only able to burn the holy pally occasionally because there was far too much pressure on me. I had no chance to burn the other pally, much less Mind Control, and any time they switched to my partner he dropped like a rock requiring all my attention on healing.  He ended up rage quitting that fight after about, 15 minutes, I think, and I went on to survive those 2 players solo another 5 minutes or so.  I don’t appreciate being ditched like that.

Ran the last half of LFR on my priest and won nothing.  It seems people win in streaks; a holy priest won both the pants token and the healing Ledger off hand.  Then ran a random and got a bag with the White Polar Bear.

Heroic Stone Guard

We did heroic stoneguard last week and I got the heroic lanterns cloak. Woot. I also dropped herbing for tailoring. Flying around all of MoP and getting 2 stacks of herbs, is not cool.

Anyway I remember why I haven’t pvp’d much. Let me remind myself

Transmogs

Did Terrace last night and got down elite protectors again and won Regail’s Crackling Dagger (Elite).  I also won a malv belt from Sha the day before which I sorely needed since I wasn’t about to put gems and a belt buckle on a blue belt.

We also killed Tsulong again, and Lei Shi.  Oh and my new transmog, I love it. LOVE IT.

I spec’d Google!

Google spec is the best. I’m serious. So tired of posts/questions asking “what is the best healer for pve, for pvp, for questing, for raiding”. DO SOME RESEARCH FUCK. Had a DK in TB today asking Sprta and I this and they had this dumb conversation

Anyway last night we got down Garalon, Wind Lord, Heroic Protectors, and Tsulong. I got Cape of the Three Lanterns the night before in MV and Shoulders of Foaming Fluids in HoF. We had trouble on Tsulong when Dor said he would be getting the dispels on the boss, and didn’t. I didn’t set myself up for non-raid friendly dispels so I had to throw mass dispel to get it every time. After we wiped I asked who was doing dispels even though I knew he said he was and he said “I thought I was”.

Dude. The boss turns dark when the debuff is on, it’s fairly obvious when it’s dispelled. Then he said maybe recount wasn’t tracking dispels. No, I had like 7, 4-5 on Tsulong, and he had maybe 2 NOT on Tsulong. The next attempts, only 2 dispels again. Not on the boss. Tree just took it over, but we wiped again. I checked recount, 2 dispels. I said look, Tree is doing Tsulong, I’m getting one of the two people needing dispelled, WE HAVE TO HAVE A THIRD PERSON DOING IT. Then he started dispelling and we got it. Sigh.

Rogue Blues

Been doing TB a lot, and sometimes we have 5 horde. But, I still dreadfully miss my favorite rogue, Ladiesman, there. There has not been a single engaging rogue there since. No fun.
