You have a solid case

This afternoon I run a WSG and we win, 3/3 and I earn 153 honor, 57 HK’s, no killing blows.

Next one, WSG, a win, 93 honor there though, 2 killing blows, 2 deaths, 37 HKs.  3/3 flags again.  We spent some time camping their graveyard and I have a little convo with this gnome:

191ocyla

Then I queue up for WG and wait 14 mins for it to pop. I get in and we have 6 people that gradually increased to about 11.  We got the relic room door down to about half and then lost.  I was unable to build anything more than a cata even though I killed 2 horde npcs, and assisted killing 2 horde players.  Also the problem we ran into,  when we were knocking down the inner doors, something like 8 guards spawned, so 8 of them plus 11 horde players outnumbered us on foot trying to defend the sieges.  Still it was quite close.  The vehicles really do need more armor since we have this giant battleground for like 10 people these days.

Having a healer like myself also, again, is quite obviously a huge advantage.  This does you no good in vehicles, however.  I hate to say it but I am starting to not like queuing for WG.  If the sides were balanced at a full raid group per full raid group, that would be ok.  But fighting 5 to 5 people makes it impossible to both defend towers, while defending vehicles or driving vehicles  and killing the enemy on foot.  It’s not fun, any more, without enough people to defend towers, try to break towers, take workshops, defend vehicles, etc.

I also picked up the 264 pvp bracers and finally used those to replace the 245 Royal Moonshroud bracers I’ve been using since the day I hit 80 and the 245 pvp bracers I was using.

I queue up for a dungeon, and the lines are still rather long and I have to wait over 5 minutes.  I know all the dps are like, QQ more with their 20 minute waits, but usually healers are much faster.

I get PoS with a tank who says he is new to tanking and not geared, and I lost him at Garfrost and lose the warlock when he stands in the poison nova on the second boss.  I DC when my stupid computer shuts down on the ramp but they seem to survive that.   I then lose the tank on the ice ramp because he gets out of my range and loses health very fast, constantly. I almost lose him again on Tyrannus when he blips down to 10% health in like a second, but somehow manage to outheal it. We finish, yay. Frustrating.

I get WSG as the random BG, again. Someone says to control mid but then everyone runs around like usual, leaving the horde to destroy me and the 2 people trying to control mid. We lose.  30 honor.  0 killing blows, 10 deaths, 14 hk’s.  Moonfire spam, is bullshit.

Next is Arathi, and we lose, 34 honor. I go to bed.

Forge of Souls

Logged in and farmed herbs in WG until the battle came up. For some reason all I was getting was Goldclover though. WG popped and like last time I nearly killed a hunter, but they were able to run away from me and I could not catch up, until they ran back to their friends and I died. Oh well. For whatever reason when I was on foot there were no horde npcs for me to rank up on at Flamewatch, but when I came back with a catapult, boom they were there. WTF? I ended up going back to the fort and healed, and helped assist breaking down the sieges as they came in. The horde was pretty bad and unable to defend their vehicles even with equal numbers in the fort and we won.

Later I get in and get WSG, and I appear to be the only healer, and I do very well, and we win, 154 honor.

I then run Forge of Souls and Gun Drak to get some rep with my SW tabard on.

I love UK

I run my HH this morning, Trick or Treat, then run my random Heroic.  I love UK

The DK says I can ask him to go blood if need be, but the DPS is rocking and we destroy the whole place in record time.

I then queue for a random BG and get Strand of the Ancients, unfortunately half of the alliance goes afk and we lose rather quickly.  I spent more time trying to keep myself alive than anyone else.

Scourgelord Tyrannus, rawr

I log in and say hi to guild, which includes the crabby mage being online and no one says anything back.  I however, do not crab about this.

I queue for my daily and get PoS where it appears the healer bailed or they wiped right after Ick and Krick.  We do ok though they need a lot of healing, with all the PVP I do it doesn’t seem that bad.  I go sleepy time with Tyrannus however XD

The group requeues and I figure I’ll go along with it, and get Old Kingdom.  Since JP’s are out they want to do all bosses, and we seriously do them all.

Even the Mushroom guy

I lose the rogue twice when he pulls stuff he had no reason to be pulling.  The entire group is taking TONS of damage in here, but I don’t notice until later that the top dps is 3k and all the rest in the low 2k. That explains some of it.

When we finished that dungeon I finally get the Heoric Ahn’hahet: The Old Kingdom achievement and Northrend Dungeon Hero.

After that I run WG and note that there is a horde DK taking out the west guns, and this time a few people assist me in killing him.  I also note that a siege is heading in so very NW it’s almost breaking in north, but it breaks through before anyone gets over there.

The DK we shoved out of the fort comes back for me with a vengance (Omnist) but I am able to kill him with the help of someone driving a catapult. We win though we had several holes in the outer walls and one in inner.  I again note that shadow priests are insane to kill. The hybrid classes seem a little OP to me in general though.  Most of them have the same amount of more tricks than my mage, yet they also have their heals, shields, and totems too.  Doesn’t quite seem right.

Anyway I am bored so I join a raid for Sarth3D which I only recently learned means killing the boss in OS with all 3 drakes up.  The raid wipes, yet we still kill it and I get the achievement.

Someone else wins the drake however.

Azjol Nerub

Ran my Horseman and earned the Hallowed Helm, then ran my daily dungeon, which I guess isn’t exactly daily any more, and got Azjol-Nerub (AN).  This is my favorite mostly due to it being the fastest dungeon to run, but also because the spider voices are pretty cool. I lose the tank just prior to the first boss because I got web wrapped repeatedly and wasn’t broken out of it until I took my fingers off my key binds to type out that I was in fact webbed.

The tanks asked the hunter to glitch Hadronox but he doesn’t know how, and although he Feign Death’d in the hall area, it doesn’t glitch it and we do the fight the normal way.

The last boss is little trouble and at least no one got thrown into the air from the spikes. I need to work on my flight paths (FP) at some point because I noticed I skipped a lot of them, having leveled up to 80 on dungeons and PVP only for the most part.
