First Alliance Compliment

I was out in Halaa today between bg queues again, and ran into a level 63 warlock, I forget the name, Herb something I think.  Killed them several times.  The one DK, and another DK showed up.  Killed them both.

After one rezzed up and I killed them again, a disc priest showed up.  I knew I was licked at that point and just kind of “LOL’d” around a bit before perching on my regular spot.  The disc priest logged over to compliment me, then helped retake Halaa.

They mentioned that a hard core pvp guild, named Scipe or something like that, shows up sometimes.  I don’t recall that guild.

Later though, we ran into this mage, and 2 hunters that just destroyed me.  The damage itself wasn’t that bad, but the BLANKET FUCKING SILENCES omg fuck it.  That and a 1,000 yard run from Halaa to Garadar was annoying.

They took for fucking ever to die also.  I tried to pop HotW and finish off the hunter when they were at 10% but I couldn’t even dent them, ridiculous.

But I will say I still enjoy wpvp immensely because of the variety in landscapes, being able to fly, knock people off stuff, dismount them in the air, and  escape without running into walls.

I think I figured out flag guarding

So between regular and rated bgs (bad ones) I think I have a grip on who guards flags. I think people go through the following things:

1)  Is no one at the base guarding it?

Good, someone else can do it.

2)  I’m the only one at the base but I’m going to leave because

Someone else can do it.

3)  I ran like hell to get the flag but I’m not going to guard it because

Someone else can do it.

4) I’m at a base but the enemy is coming, I’m gonna run off because

Someone else can do it.

I did have a very good yolo tonight though that were calling incs in AB and aoeing like a boss.  That makes me happy.

Traitor

I gquit Post Mortem today.   I suppose I should have done it a while back, but Annibelle sort of pushed me over the edge.  No one has been on in that guild in a while, and Iocane doesn’t log in much.

I guess it started when I ran into him on his warrior in Venture Bay, and killed him.  He wasn’t too amused.  Then I was healing Tol Barad on my druid and he called me a traitor “because I can’t fucking kill you”.  No, that’s because Alliance on my server is bad at pvp.

Then after a Tol Barad I made a point of killing him twice and he took it badly, he at first was first bitching about the two healers that happened to be there when I queued in, and later when I killed him with a warrior on me.  I got “I fucking hate you” and he removed me from real id.  Ok then.  I switched to Alliance, said “why you gotta be like that” or something and then just gquit a bit later.

I brought the deluxe version of Warlords and I get a free 90 which I’m going to use when my warrior is 60.  That way I get boosted professions, yay not going to have to leveling engineering or blacksmithing, which is the only profession I don’t have yet.

Rogues, ruining incoming counts since 2004

Man, 2004, has this game really been out that long? Gosh.  Haven’t been playing that long myself but still.

Anywho, got cap last week but yolo rbgs have been bad.  I’ve lost way more than I’ve won, and frankly hunter guarding is boring.

I think we won this one, but that was it.  I had a fun group on my druid as well.  I’ve been adding horde pvpers to my btags list left and right, but no one EVVVEEEER invites to do anything.  Only Crucifixion does, and we’ve inexplicably run into each other in bgs, not even grouped lately.

I won something like 16/18 bgs today besides all that.  Players can get a free boost to 90 with the WoD expansion however, so bgs have been infested with people barely geared, which realllly does wreck your bg experience.
