I kill people that AFK in LFR.  See the warlock with the green triangle on him?

He was standing there doing nothing and did maybe 5k dps total.  So I ran off to the side, and life gripped him.  The fears threw him all the way to the edge of the water and since he was out of range for heals, he died.  I then msg’d them with “that’s what you get for being afk”.  Of course all the guy would have to say is “I was feeding my baby/mother/donating to charity/curing cancer” and most of the raid would be like “aww” and then them afk through anything.

Hm let’s see.  Our raids, yeah.  Lately I’ve been top heals by a significant margin.  I don’t know if it’s because of SS/PW:S sniping or what, but being 10 to 16% higher than the other healers seems more than sniping going on.

Did some old raiding with Nilv and this AQ clear got me my Classic Raider achievement. I  don’t know how I didn’t have that before.

“But he/she is nice”. I’m hearing that a lot. Today it was in relation to that horde warlock, Gabrielle, who is really bad. The light forbid you say someone is bad and hear “I have them on real id”. Yeah well, they still suck, I’m sorry. This warlock shows up in TB and WG quite a bit, and every last time I’ve seen them, they just get pwned and do next to no damage or CCing on the other player. Like real bad. Today I showed up in pve gear when I phased into WG. I was taking mild damage while still getting my bearings and looking around at why the hell I was getting hurt. It was that warlock, doing barely jack to me.

And for the record, yes, I’m a terrible mage. TERRIBLE.

Anyway Anni has her on real id I guess. Then I got to hear, she pvps for the fun of it, not someone who bases how good of a person they are if they can beat you. What? You can be a good person, but suck ass at pvp. Then I heard “i hate people who think they are hot shit since they are good at pvp, in a video game”. If you are good you are good, what subject matter you are good at doesn’t matter much to me.

I admire the good pvpers, there are plenty that are douchebags. I don’t speak with them but I admire what they can do. I find horrible pvpers a waste of time and I fail to see how it’s fun to just get the floor wiped with you. I play to have fun, but I do my best to DO my best. Oh well.

We have a similar issue with Dor healing in our raid. Nice guy, can’t keep a tank alive in Heroic Stoneguard. I don’t want to wipe and or fail all night because of it.

I haven’t been bothering making DMC’s lately. Thanks to the massive nerf on herbs, it would take me probably 8 straight hours of herbing to get enough, and I just can’t be bothered. I’ve turned to making flasks for the raid since between Nilvana and Crucifixion, I had around 80 golden lotus.

Speaking of, I invited Crucifixion to guild yesterday. And I was right, I did originally meet him on his rogue, Misery. It had been so long I thought maybe I was confused.

I haven’t done dungeons with guild in a while but now I remember why I’m hesitant to just throw it out there that I’m doing some. THE WAITING. Said I was doing one today, got pulled in by DrBean and Dor on his druid. They said they were waiting on Hotbrass. Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh.

We wait a few mins and then Hot logs out. Doesn’t relog back in. I asked if he was coming back, no response. I was like guys I’m going to run one, dropped and got my near instant queue. I don’t want to join a group to wait 10 mins.

Angey blew up a little bit Thursday nigh when we were doing LFR. There are certain people that, soon as they get a LFR piece and we are about to queue for the next one, tell everyone they need to enchant, finding mats, switching chars etc. It’s like really come on? You are making like 10 other people wait for queue while you do this stuff. Do it LATER. If you are in LFR already your gear is good enough.

Last night we got down the Wind Lord, on the first pull, I think? Or maybe second, anyway it was fast. Tried Garalon a bit then the night was over. We started over an hour late because we were missing Nilv.

Today did second half of HoF and Terrace and got one sigil of wisdom and gold gold gold. Starting to get cranky I have 0 tier especially when others have 4-5 pieces.

Oh yes and was made an officer yesterday. I think we were getting borderline officer-less, actually. It was Alyis, only he hasn’t been on in around a month (sadface) because of work and money stuff, and Io will be gone for related reasons as I understand it. That just leaves Ran, who is GM, if I remember right.

I also have not seen Stout in weeks, nor Perfide, nor Rinni all this week so far. Janusz has also been missing for a month or so. I find it difficult to accept a request to come to his server when he has a lot of playing gaps. I mean I’m sure I could find people to get along with, but I’m not paying for a server transfer AGAIN and having the people that asked me to come over just vanish.

Last night we attempted Heroic Stone Guard. I’m not quite sure we’re ready for heroics yet. We were losing people early on the first few attempts, so at Angey’s prompting I suggested we have healer assignments. Plus I noticed that I was outhealing both Tree and Dor, while ending the encounter at 70-90% mp and they were totally OOM. I said I would take Nilvana and Dor would take Silly, and Tree would raid heal.

From then on, Silly was generally the first to die, every attempt afterwards. I haven’t pally healed in a while, but I don’t think it’s changed all that much. His top 3 heals varied pull to pull and Holy Light was often the #2 heal. Unless I have it wrong, that would be like me using Heal, which I never do. Ever, seriously it’s not even on my bars any more. If I need a ‘heal’ I smite. There was also a lot of LoDing going on which struck me as odd for tank healing on a spread fight. Was the range mad boosted from Cata? I dunno.

It was more apparent this wasn’t going to fly when Dor was saying things like “I need to work in another CD”. Wut? You mean you weren’t using one? Holy pallies, as I recall, are kind of boss with their ‘hand’ CDs. We ended up switching tank healing and I got Silly, who I only lost once when he hit one of the traps and exploded, or when it was a full wipe.

We gave up on that and did it normal, then had a wipe on Garajal when no one went in to heal one totem and the adds got out of control. Last week when I had asked what Dor uses for raid healing, he said it was “Smart Debuff” which as far as I could tell looks and works like Decursive. I had said I use Vuhdo and it shows me who has the voodoo dolls, to the point that neither of us need to call out who has it, because it should be apparent. But alas I still have to call it out because he can’t see it I guess.

Another thing that confuses me, our hunter, Hotbrass. In vent the things he says makes him sound like a hard core elite raider, but then he dies A LOT to normal mechanics. I can’t quite reconcile the talk to the play.

Anyway hm we wiped on Elegon at least once too for dumb reasons and ended it at that point. I think we should stick to regulars for a while.
