Infinite Whelpling

FINALLY CAUGHT AN INFINITE WHELPLING OMFG. The only difference was one level, my pets were 12 this time. But I think it was mostly RNG, perhaps, since it was just a hell of a lot easier this time.

That one was a rare then I went and caught a poor and uncommon. Rawr.

Warbomb today asked me to invite a warrior to my team, why I’m not sure. I was evilly pleased about that though, since I’m almost positive I’m carrying our little team. He told me he was going to teach this warrior how to arena. I then watched them go 5 straight losses. He told me the guy was “under geared” and I rubbed it in about what I said about gear earlier.

They went on to go 1-11.

Can’t handle CC?

I told Relentless I would heal for them last night, since my team isn’t doing MV any more. I think that will be the only time I will do it though.

First I was there prior to 8 but they had another healer coming, so I told Warbomb I’d do arena with him. After the first win, Lila asked me to come heal. We did another win against a rdruid and rogue, and I raged a little bit when I was stuck in a 15+ second CD chain. We still won but it annoys me that things like that can even happen. If I remember right I was cycloned for like 6 seconds, then a kidney, then a cyclone, then a stun of some sort. 6+4+5 (ish) of being completely locked down with my trinket not available. So as I said, we won.

I told him I wasn’t feeling arena right now (I was a little ticked that the first battle with 2 DKs, he let one of them run around with 20% health for a good minute or so). He then said things like “so you can’t handle chain CC huh?” and “what am I supposed to do with a partner who can’t handle CC?”. I snapped that I ‘handled it’ because we won. Then he said “but you wanted me to gear up soooooooo bad”. Um what? I said I wasn’t doing arena with a scrub in pve blues, gearing up is mandatory. Anyway whatever.

So I went to raid with Relentless, and the amount of times I died was something else. I did something like 50% of the heals on Stone Guard, putting out 60k hps. The entire raid was bathing in damage and almost dead quite a bit of the fight. Their druid was bad, low healing and managed to die pretty much on every boss and trash. We wiped 2 times on the second boss. I told them I could 2 heal Garajal, but the shaman went DPS, who was the much stronger healer, and the druid was left to heal. Besides the healing troubles, there was at least 2 times that I went into the spirit totem alone, once the dps went in without a healer and died, another wipe because the tank was behind the barrier, etc etc. We were forced to three heal it because of the bad druid, who ended up, surprise, dying again.

We died to, or had to reset Spirit Kings a few times when people were goofing up, and the mage doing 30k dps died straight away to the easily avoidable floor aoe, then the spriest died. That fight took at least 2 attempts. Then we died something like 4x to the trash before Elegon. So, yeah I think that’s the last time I’ll heal with them. Nice guys but gosh.

Ultrabomber/Warbomb

I’ve been doing arena with Warbomb, who use to play Ultrabomber and it’s been rather interestng. I can skill solo him as disc and kill him without ever having to trinket. He thought doing arena this late in the season in blue heroic pve gear with no gems or enchants was ok. We got arena cap last week, though it went poorly if any teams focused him because he went down like a ton of bricks, needless to say I suppose.

Anyway I convinced him to at least get all honor pieces. Still a little on the fence with his behavior though. He randomly asks for favors that are often so extremely inconvenient I have to say “no, that would be ridiculous”. Things like “hey can you fly out to Theramore, pick up the ore I have, bring it back to town and put it on the AH for me so I can continue mining without going back to town?” Hell to the no?

Or “can you go to town and see if there is a mining bag, I don’t want to stop what I’m doing to see their isn’t one”. Well I don’t want to stop what I’m doing, either. So no.

I got my horde priest to 90 today and went to WG where he was there. He was following me around and wasn’t attacking me when that DK came along. When Ang(Shockblocker) showed up, I healed him. He then went into an epic meltdown, much like Holystab did before, over it. I explained to him I enjoy fighting against friends and I have no problem being beat to death (if he could). There was much emo crying about how we are arena partners and it wasn’t honorable for me to “heal those scrubs” and blah blah.

Whatever. I like fighting people I know, deal with it.

Nice people can be bad.

“But he/she is nice”. I’m hearing that a lot. Today it was in relation to that horde warlock, Gabrielle, who is really bad. The light forbid you say someone is bad and hear “I have them on real id”. Yeah well, they still suck, I’m sorry. This warlock shows up in TB and WG quite a bit, and every last time I’ve seen them, they just get pwned and do next to no damage or CCing on the other player. Like real bad. Today I showed up in pve gear when I phased into WG. I was taking mild damage while still getting my bearings and looking around at why the hell I was getting hurt. It was that warlock, doing barely jack to me.

And for the record, yes, I’m a terrible mage. TERRIBLE.

Anyway Anni has her on real id I guess. Then I got to hear, she pvps for the fun of it, not someone who bases how good of a person they are if they can beat you. What? You can be a good person, but suck ass at pvp. Then I heard “i hate people who think they are hot shit since they are good at pvp, in a video game”. If you are good you are good, what subject matter you are good at doesn’t matter much to me.

I admire the good pvpers, there are plenty that are douchebags. I don’t speak with them but I admire what they can do. I find horrible pvpers a waste of time and I fail to see how it’s fun to just get the floor wiped with you. I play to have fun, but I do my best to DO my best. Oh well.

We have a similar issue with Dor healing in our raid. Nice guy, can’t keep a tank alive in Heroic Stoneguard. I don’t want to wipe and or fail all night because of it.

My Fragile Little Mind

So, this is rather amusing. The other night Iocane invited some guy from another server named Maxbane, and his alt Knifefight. Literally 22 hours ago. Today I was doing the final Klaxxi quests and getting super pissed when the Manifestion of Terror wasn’t showing up, I meant I spent like 5 solid hours getting to this point.

This is how it went.

Me: any time now spawn, any time
Madalyn: you’re just a mrs grumpy pants today
me: yes, I am super pissed its taken hours and hours for this “epic” quest.
Maxbane: lets watch the language please
me (already massively irritated): Why are you 3?
Maxbane: I was joking
Silly: WELL FUCK
Me: heh
Maxbane has left the guild, Knifefight has left the guild.

Ok then! 22 hours ya’ll, 22.

Then I got a pm that said “wiseass” and I said “that’s me!” after a bit of no response I asked “didn’t like the guild or something?” but never got a reply. Crybaby.
