Alrighty first off, THESE robes are a red version of my priests robes, and are easily my favorite, EVER.

Secondly, this was easily the best questing day EVER. I get my wish, which I’ve mentioned to some people, a few times. You’ll see. First I get to kill a bunch of Twilight guys, flanked by a deadly procession that make taking them out really easy. They have clever quotes as we are tripping along too.

after that part, I get to kill Obsidian Pyrewings by using the mechanic to ride the protodrakes out in Storm Peaks in Northrend, only you must kill them then quickly latch-hook onto another one, or fall off. You take no falling damage it seems but you end up aggroing crap on the ground most of the time.

I follow a twilight drake to the lair of what they say is the only female dragon capable of continuing the line, and we have to destroy her too.

Another quest has be in charge of another squad of people, this time on gryphons!

A bit after that I get my wish, that I made back when I was in Tanaris and saw Caliph Scorpidsting, I get to be escorted up a mountain by a group of STEALTHED ROGUES! Ha ha, YOU know what I’m talkin’ BOUT.

Then oooh wait for it, I meet Master Mathias Shaw, the leader of SI: 7! Gosh you rogues, grrr.

he helps me take out several semi bosses by stealthing in after I’ve taken a bit of a beating.

and YES you DO get to rescure that poor red dragon I ran into earlier, as part of this chain.

Oh gosh, I’ve been behind in updates. I will get the pictures up after I write this all down.

First I have me in showing off my winter gear to Stout!

Then in Tol Barad I am unfortunately surrounded by flagged Horde who are childishly spitting on me and making rude remarks and such.

To stop the abuse I use one of those neat Lifegiving Seeds and turn into a bush, which they cannot target so the spitting stops. XD

When the battle starts I run around and find Janusz, and I have to account for him running around in stealth a lot by making it not as obvious I’m traveling with someone.

We win that one, but I don’t think it’s quite as fun as WG. I spent a lot of time in the swamp hogging up all the Whiptail, which I sell on the AH for 400g A STACK. Of course the next day, the stack prices are greatly reduced, which is the way of the market. Still I made at like 2k off of that, which is good because I spent a lot of money getting the last 10 points for my mages tailoring.

That night I form up with Stout and Lladin and we attempt to do Heroic Deadmines. The first tank is a bear that I can barely keep alive spamming the balls out of Greater Heal, Penance and shields. He drops after the first boss.

The second bear tank gets in, pulls a whole room and there is no outhealing that and we all die. He says he thought it was regular Deadmines and I “seriously?”‘d that and Lladin made similar unbelieving comments and the tank left.

Then we got a warrior named Onehitdan and I am able to use the stupid efficient Heal quite a bit. And people need to shut up and stop telling me to use that heal, when I clearly know it won’t work. I am well versed in estimating incoming damage and speed vs strength/ power, and speed of my own heals from Lineage 2. If a tank goes from 90% to 70 to 50 in the matter of seconds, I have to use my 2.3 second Greater Heal to heal for 20-30k if Penance is down or if more heals are needed. A 2.3 seconds 5-10k heal is not going to cut it. In both cases with the bear tanks I needed spam Gheals just to keep them from dying. A lower powered heal of the same speed, wouldn’t have worked. So dps? Be QUIET.

On the third boss we wiped about 3 times, and I wasn’t in the mood so I said I had to go. I ended up running 2-3 bgs with Jan where we get this compliment.

Tonight is the ICC continuation of Sindragosa and Lich King 25 man. Tonight we have a rogue who is giving better stories than the guy with a parent in the hospital, this one says his grandfather died, he was kicked from guild, and now apparently his add ons are making him have like 2 FPS. Plus he got booted from the raid because of said lag and apparently he was locked to just the LK. It’s very /wrists.

It takes several attempts to get her down, and I win by 1 point on a roll for the Sundial of Eternal Dusk. Which is funny because I just bought a PVP off hand I now don’t need. Oh well! It is a COOL looking offhand. Some people continually got hit by the bombs as well, including Shottie. I am eyeballing him in particular since he joined Relentless many months ago, whined and cried about getting into raids, got a bunch of gear, then left.

The LK fight on 25 man, we failed like 5 times then gave up. A few highlights, Shottie clearly didn’t know the fight, someone put down a train, someone dropped defile dead center of the group, etc.

We reform for 10 man where someone says we should get it in one shot no problem. Well, that IS good news. Then they decide they want to do a difficult achievement instead, which pretty much means I won’t get the kill tonight. But, I was wrong, and I get the KILL FINALLY!!!!

I must say, it wasn’t really even that hard. Granted I’ve done it repeatedly these last oh, 6 months, but before I knew it we were all dead and past the point of failure, rezzed up and killed him. Amazing.

Afterwards we ran a full clear of Naxxramus. The only trouble I had was with Heigan the Unclean, where I died since I really didn’t know the fight. The others I was able to learn on the fly and follow directions. We ran it with 8 people although it went slower since we had a druid doing UNDER 2k dps.

I haven’t seen a fight like that anywhere else, either.

We wiped once on Sapphiron, but I think a few people never saw the fight and I’ve only done it once, months and months ago. We get it on the second try.

The Kel’Thuzad fight took two attempts.

and then we got him down too. I ended up with many, many achievements that night. I have to write them down there is not enough room to screenshot.

Logged in and WG was just starting, hopped on that right away. Horde were overpowered as usual with their bullcrap tenacity, and I had another Alliance player point out that they were getting killed by a rogue and I just healed the “other guy”. I was like uh yeah we had 2 people fighting a OP shaman and OP spriest, so at least one of you were going to die. The person commenting had TWO funny symbols in their name so I pretty much ignored them after that.

I help kill a blood elf paladin by the name of Garrspally and blow a kiss before they hit the ground. Later this same paladin runs into me and smacks me with Avenger’s Shield for 5k, fury for 1k, but he dies again anyway. The guy is running around in blues, at least according the wowarmory, so that explains some of it. We win fairly easily. I go do the Fueling the Demolishers quest.

Bored, I head out to farm herbs but it seems a lot of people are doing that as well, so I pick up a quest in Scholazar Basin from the Mark’s Overlook. I return the key to the chest, get my reward and 12 g.

WG is up again and the horde are determined to get it, both by throwing lots of people at Sunken, and defending their vehicles the entire way. I do VERY little healing and mostly spend my time trying to kill vehicles. I show up as ending with 817 for dps even!

We win, barely. Next fight we’ll probably lose it.

Later I get in and queue for for a BG, and get WSG. The horde, I’m sorry (not really) are really, really bad. I even get a chance to dps a bit. I run down the tunnel to our base and resist 3-4 horde, then survive a run through the flag room….

then all the way down the other tunnel, outside, and ’round and ’round until I nearly run out of MP, without dying at all, and we win! I have top honor as well.

I even had a killing blow, that’s hilarious!

Afterwards I put on PVE gear and ask if anyone in guild needs their daily dungeon. No response. Sigh. I PUG that. I get VH which I try to liven up by DPSing a bit. During the water boss someone acts stupid and throws the switches when the bubbles AREN’T out causing the party extra unnecessary damage.

Someone in guild begins complaining at the Call to Arms winning battlegrounds aren’t giving enough exp. I say it should give 2-3 bars and they say that doesn’t seem like enough. 2-3 bars for not that much work at 77 is plenty. Gosh people are spoiled.

Queued up for WG and saw the Westpark spam, and went to find a shadow priest named Antigank there. We whomped on each other for a while until she runs off and flies away. She says something in orcish which is “throm’ka” but I don’t believe there is a translation for that. Either way, I made HER leave.

I run WG and run into Rexe and Nilvana. The horde have something like 16 stacks of tenacity and are 2 shotting people, but we end up destroying them back to their base anyway and win big time. I haven’t been able to get a VOA 10 all week and tonight seems like no exception.

Before I log I head to town where an invasion is supposed to start. The guards yell for people to flee the town.

You can barely see the streets for all the people there. It indeed turns dark and stormy, my screen nearly goes white from the lightning and storm mobs start spawning. We’re supposed to place sandbags around the town, and kill the portals and elementals spawning.

Once that is over, which was pretty cool, we queue up for the fire boss which I missed the quest on, and didn’t get close enough to screenshot.

Then the water boss.

Then some dragon.

and air. And yes the King of Stormwind fights in two of these, prrrow!

All in all, REALLY fun,and a bit of a challenge as far as healing goes. I get complimented on my healing on one run even, because these guys dished out a lot of damage and had some troublesome freezing skills, tornadoes and such.

Oh and yes, I love Varian Wyrnn XD

I need a few hundred honor more for another Wrathful piece, so I run EotS which we lose like always, then WSG which was a decent run but we lost. I still don’t understand why people can see someone sapped, especially a healer, and just run away. I’ve also experienced a decent amount of people, usually DK’s, that are fighting a horde with me assisting on heals, then they bail as the horde turns to me and just run away. That, sucks.

After that I get another Strand, and earn Ancient Courtyard Protector achievement, and we win! I have enough honor for my Wrathful Satin robe now, and I was going to replace that last but there’s nothing stopping me from just saving the pretty Relentless so I went with the robe upgrade.

Going to try to keep the graphics quality up too but I have to turn it down in some raids, especially Marrowgar because it makes it next to impossible to move.

I run a few more BGs and try to take some action screenshots but as in all games making pretty pvp shots makes your skills suffer greatly. Here is me getting whomped in Strand by some orc brute

I fraps’d part of an Ancients battle but the way I pvp is not very pretty, both using raid frames and health bars to heal, so either it looks awful to watch or hiding the bars, I don’t heal so well. That or it’s zoomed out too far to be very pretty.

There’s been no one on in guild all morning, no friends on. I log out.

The ICC 25 this time takes only an hour to get together, and we start off trying Marrowgar on heroic. This will be my first time on 25 heroic anything besides Gunship. Some tards pull him right away and wipe it. Then on the way back in, someone triggers a trap. The bear tank starts arguing about how it should be done, in addition to being annoying with an add on that tells everyone what they did wrong or how they died.

I die on the second attempt on a bone spike no one was killing. Then the bear tank pulls trash when no one is ready and quite a few people die. Sigh. Then the fail bear tank says he forgot his girlfriend was coming over, and had to leave. There was much mocking of that needless to say. Prior to all this I am discussing gear with Nilvana/Maice and I say I still have a 245 ring. I lose the roll on the ring from Marrowgar, but then win Ring of Maddening Whispers from Deathwhisper, which was probably better for me anyway.

Flipping to heroic gunship resets trash, again. Annoying. I do not win the roll for the mark off Saurfang, but Nilvana/Maice gives me his winning one. WOO! Now I can upgrade my robe to sanct, two ugrades in one night, SWEET.

It seems most people don’t listen to loot rules when it’s one main spec need, and they win something, then immediately roll need on something else too. They say it applies per wing but with 25 people if someone hasn’t won something, that seems unfair to someone who has won, so I do not roll on Trauma. I do roll on Holiday’s Grace however but don’t win.

We get down Putricide and I get 25 Plagueworks.

Then on Blood Queen, people can’t seem to handle the biting and we wipe, then the second try some stupid dps bites me, and I bite someone but the rest get MC’d and we wipe again. And again, and again.

We did get her down with most of everyone dead, though I stayed up with another healer, one tank, and a few dps. Got the 25 man achievement there too. And won another mark! Gonna be using up all my gems tonight looks like.

We also get down Dreamwalker so there is another achievement. I go get my gloves, upgrade to sanct, then upgrade my robe too. Place the gems and enchants, and it’s late as well so I GO TO BED!
